It's 3am. I'm at work, after a 4-hour site-wide scheduled outage that I've spent the last 6 months preparing for. And after all my planning, and testing, and preparation, it went pretty much as bad as it could go. After a 20-hour day, I'm heading home, having accomplished not a damn thing.
4 hours wasn't enough time, in hindsight. I had to punch the abort button pretty early on in the window because of the amount of work that was required to successfully complete the project, even if everything else had gone better.
